Shoot is arranged for 30.05.12, access is agreed with 2 locations. As I will have limited time in one of the locations I am conducting lens and light meter tests to enable me to work as quickly as possible. Using a dslr to compose shots and double check metering may offer a quicker method.
I have borrowed a Rodenstock Grandagon 90mm f 6.8 wide angle lens for my 5×4 camera whilst my lens is still in repair. I’ve tested this against my Canon 5D using a 24-105 zoom lens. The 90mm Rodenstock shows close equivalence to 28mm on the dslr. Following several tests my Sekonic light meter shows the same readings as the 5D, so happy to use this as a sencondary reference for metering.
